How to Order BreathPlay CDs

The BreathPlay CDs are truly unique. You can think of them as highly sophisticated sports metronomes which will help you achieve otherwise unattainable levels of technical finesse and efficiency. In short, they will help you reach performance levels beyond your wildest dreams.

However, I'm not interested in just taking your money in exchange for these plastic discs. Rather, I want to introduce you to a set of skills so powerfully integrated that within six months you won’t be able to recognize yourself as a cyclist.

You won't be ready for the CDs until you’ve developed a reasonable level of efficiency in the basic BreathPlay skills, and I won't make them available to you until you’ve taken those first steps. Believe me; you’ll understand the body wisdom of this when you reach that level and start incorporating the CDs in your BreathPlay training.

How long will this take? A week? Two weeks? A month?

It depends on the level of your motivation.
